inReach Mini 2 is a compact satellite communicator that allows you to venture safely and confidently without adding weight to your backpack. Stay connected globally with two-way communication and interactive SOS functions (an active satellite subscription required). The TracBack navigation function allows you to return to your starting point on the same route. You can also share the location with your loved ones and contacts from anywhere else in the world using the MapShare website or by adding coordinates to your satellite messages. The digital compass provides accurate information about the course even when you’re not travelling. The Garmin Explore app on your compatible smartphone allows you to plan trips, access topographic maps, create waypoints, journeys and review tracks as well as synchronising all this information with your inReach device. Live adventures for longer with up to 14 days of battery life in tracking mode every 10 minutes. Flexible Satellite Subscription Plans: To access the Iridium network and communicate with the inReach Mini 2, an active satellite subscription is required. You can opt for an annual plan or a flexible month-to-month plan. Compact and durable design: Compact size 5 x 10 x 2.5 cm weighing 100 g.
